As COO and Senior M&A Advisor at George & Company, he plays a key role in guiding the firm’s intermediaries while helping clients successfully navigate the sale or acquisition of a business.
Before joining George & Company, Phil owned and operated a multi-store retail business for 24 years, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of business ownership. Earlier in his career, he held executive management roles with broad responsibility across operations, sales, marketing, personnel, and financial management.
Having been directly involved in the sale, purchase, or startup of 15 businesses ranging from $350,000 to over $20 million, Phil brings both practical experience and strategic perspective to every engagement. Clients rely on him for clear guidance, strong advocacy, and results-driven execution.
